Company looking for a Dispatcher /Secretary in Queens (Administrative) (Forest Hills)

We are Looking for a Part Time/Full Time Office Administrative Dispatcher /Secretary in Forest Hills - 71st Ave.
(our office is located steps away from the Subway E,F,M,R Train)

This is a permanent position, and you must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities include:
• Dispatch of appointments to company employees
• Ensure each transaction runs smoothly and efficiently
• Answering inbound phone calls and providing customer service
• Schedules service appointments with company customers
- Contact customer regarding the status of repairs
- Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
A professional team player with multi-tasking capabilities

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service related field
• Perfect English, grammar, and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environment
-              Understanding of Wordpress, website content marketing, SEO, AdWords is a MUST

* Creative yet able to work within guidelines
* Has great understanding of MARKETING
