Customer Service Representative (Long Island City-Queens)

Fast paced, executive car service, in business for 29 years, is seeking professional customer service representatives to take reservations in its busy call center. All shifts are available (morning/evenings/overnights). Room for advancement. Offering FT/PT positions. Excellent location and environment. The following qualities are helpful in being considered:

*Delivers superior customer service
*Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and good
phone skills
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Comfortable in fast-paced environment
*Professional work ethic
*Team player who works productively with wide range of people
*Able to work independently
*Basic computer knowledge
*Typing skills (35 wpm or higher)
