A Boston lady was fundamentally harmed when she all of a sudden bounced out of a vehicle and into heavy traffic in the O'Neill Tunnel Monday morning.
Uber driver Luz Ayala says her traveler appeared to be distressed getting into her vehicle at the air terminal. Her records with Uber and Lyft have been solidified while police explore.
The traveler didn't have the Uber application. As indicated by, Ayala, she thumped on her window and appeared to be edgy about returning home.
"I feel damaged," Ayala said in a meeting with WBZ. "I've never experienced something to that effect. I've never been in a tough situation."
Ayala separated crying as she remembered the bad dream. She heard her secondary lounge entryway open and that traveler was no more.
